The Electronic Invoicing module eliminates the need for duplicate entry by creating either a CSV or TXT file so that minimal manual entry is required.

Electronic Invoicing is an optional fully integrated module that is available for both Service Ticket and General Invoicing modules, to automate the electronic submission of invoices to Oildex, Digital Oilfield (DO2/ADP) and/or PIDX (Conoco Phillips).

Most vendors require a copy of the signed ticket to be sent along with the billing and the document imaging module adds this capability. You may scan in any documentation that needs to be associated with these invoices and these will also be sent with your electronic files.
