The General Ledger is the heart of the WolfePak accounting system. Task specific input screens allow for natural data entry without having to think about debits and credits. The WolfePak system provides easy access to summarized and detailed data using view screens and flexible reporting options.

- Unlimited number of companies. Vendors, Customers, Properties and owners can either be shared between companies or each company can have their own set
- Trend reporting (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and/or annual) that can be at the cost center level (well level) or summarized and/or grouped into one or more reporting groups (state, county, operator, field and/or user defined fields). Groups can be printed in multiple levels of summary and/or detail.
- Unlimited number of user defined reporting groups of cost centers
- User can design custom financial statements or use the "pre-defined" standard reports
- Optional Consolidation reporting of Multiple Companies - either by cost center located in multiple companies or by originating company
- Full Audit Trails of creator and approver of all entries. Multiple reports available that detail activity occurring that may be suspicious
- "Drill down" in Financial Statements to the detail transaction level. With the optional integrated document imaging module, a single click on any part of the transaction will display the source document

- No system required closing procedures at year end. You control which range of dates are open for posting by user or group of users, with different users having the ability to have different dates open

- Automatically generate recurring entries on user defined frequency such as monthly, weekly, annual, first and 15th, etc
- Utility functions available to perform mass changes to the account and/or cost center coding to facilitate company reorganizations
- Monthly and/or annual budgets set up for each year, for both dollar and/or quantity amounts
- Making corrections to selective posted transactions such as changes to account#, cost center, effective date, AFE, etc is just a quick click for authorized users
