How often does WolfePak perform updates?
WolfePak is constantly updating and enhancing the software. Notification of updates to the software is emailed on a regular and ongoing basis, usually once every couple of months.
How do we get updates?
Through a one-button download inside the software’s Utilities module that is secured and encrypted.
Does WolfePak get updated with IRS regulation changes?
Yes, we keep our software updated with the latest IRS requirements and changes.
How much is maintenance?
The first year's maintenance and support is included with the purchase of the software. The 2nd year is 15% of the purchase price.
